Welcome to SnapSeek
These Terms of Service govern your use of SnapSeek's photo-sharing platform and services. By accessing or using SnapSeek, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Accounts
Account Creation: Only event organizers need to create accounts. Guests can access shared collections without registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Service Usage
Permitted Use: SnapSeek is designed for legitimate event photo sharing. You may upload photos from events you own or have permission to share.
Prohibited: Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission. Using the Service for spam, harassment, or malicious activities.
3. Credits & Billing
Credit System: Each photo upload consumes one credit. Credits do not expire and can be used across multiple events.
Refunds: Credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered for technical issues within 30 days of purchase.
4. Privacy & Data
All photo collections are private by default. Photos are securely stored for one year from upload date, after which they are automatically deleted.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. You grant SnapSeek a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Service Limitations
Upload limit: 30MB per photo. Supported formats: JPEG. Face recognition accuracy may vary based on photo quality and lighting conditions.
