For Event Organizers: Account information (name, email, payment), event photos, usage data.

For Guests: Selfie images uploaded for face matching (processed in real-time, not stored). We don't collect names, emails, or other personal data from guests.

2. How We Use Your Information

Face recognition processing, photo storage, account management, collection sharing, and service improvements.

3. Face Recognition & AI Processing

Our AI analyzes facial features in uploaded selfies and matches them to faces in event photo collections. Guest selfies are processed immediately and deleted. No cross-collection matching. No persistent facial templates stored.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited sharing with service providers (AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments) under strict data protection agreements.

5. Data Security

All data encrypted in transit and at rest. AWS enterprise-grade security with regular audits. Photos automatically deleted after 1 year.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account and associated data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

SnapSeek is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
