How It Works

Our AI analyzes facial features in uploaded selfies and matches them to faces in event photo collections. This processing happens in real-time on secure AWS servers.

• No Permanent Storage: Guest selfies are processed immediately and deleted
• No Cross-Collection Matching: Faces are only matched within the specific collection being searched
• No Facial Templates: We don't create or store persistent facial recognition profiles

Your Control

• Guests can use the service without creating accounts or providing personal information
• Organizers can delete collections at any time
• All data is automatically deleted after 1 year

SnapSeek is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

For users between 13-18, parental consent may be required depending on your location. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions for photos that include minors.

SnapSeek is based in the United States, and our servers are located in AWS data centers worldwide. When you use our service, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information during international transfers, including:
